The imagines presented here were made using a using a 35mm film camera. The black & white images have good contrast and rendering of texture. There is a second post with images that show the Residuals #1 drawing as an installation. The categorisation of them by me is to some extent arbitrary.

If you look at the image above and compare it with the one below then – putting aside the slightly different camera angle – you can see that the one above includes lighter marking made with the vacuum cleaner but in the image below then it is not there! ie the image above is after the use of the vacuum and the image below, before it!
